Well, that's that. 300 wipes, times raiding with 24... 23 people and it's finally dead. Yes post-nerf, yes we'd of liked to of done it pre-nerf but sadly Blizzard didn't give us the option. That doesn't make it a push over though by no means and this has been the best ranking kill for the guild ever, charting in at #186 worldwide.

T12 has been a great eye opener and pushing the continuous improvement ethos appears to be paying off, a few of our kills were a week or two behind due to a multitude of reasons but we caught up ground on Ragnaros.

Our kill itself was the last pull of the night, in a raid which we had extended by 30 minutes. We had 2 very close wipes 5% and the most awesome 1% ever!

In terms of ranking, this kill has brought us into the top 200, which has exceeded what was expected (top 250) and only makes next tiers benchmark even higher and here's a QT little graph of our progression from T8 all the way up to end of Firelands (click to enlarge :D:D:D:D)

Second HC of the reset... not that it's really saying much, this "beast" fell in 1 night and there's not much else to say about the mater other than lolololololol free loot and cheeeeseee..

 

All eyes on Ragnaros

After our summer break we rolled back into action by killing Baleroc on the first day of the reset.

Taldy-chan was back in action after his adventures in the USSR and came to represent the amazingly wonderful and awesome tanking capabilities of the heroic Death Knight class whilst guild hero fen played prot paladin for the first time!

It was fun to kill and one more step to Ragnaros!
